Loune is a wellness and lifestyle application. Content, AI coaching, meal suggestions, movement guidance, and GLP-1 Support are general informational, tracking, and educational tools, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Loune does not calculate or recommend medication doses or treatment changes. Follow your prescriber and seek professional care; call local emergency services for an emergency.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 and are responsible for your account credentials and activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or endanger other users.
3. Circle Community
Circle is a moderated peer-support space, not medical advice. Do not post medication or dose instructions, harmful advice, numeric weight figures, image links, spam, harassment, or private information. Loune may hold, remove, or restrict content or accounts. You may report content for human review or block members. Contact support@loune.app for safety concerns or reports.
4. AI, Third Parties & Use
AI output may be inaccurate and is not human-reviewed before delivery; evaluate it critically and consult a qualified professional. Oura, Fitbit, iTunes, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Spoonacular, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other providers are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Use Loune lawfully for personal, non-commercial purposes and do not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with it.
